Fees for personal injury claims: we offer a free initial consultation for personal injury matters. We will tell you if we think you have a good case and whether or not we can help you. We will explain to you how your case might be financed – we usually offer a ‘no win/no fee’ facility or ‘after the event’ insurance for personal injury claims.

Trade unions and other non-profit organisation members: if your trade union (or other organisation known to us) has referred you to Douglas-Mann & Co, they will normally pay our fees. If you are unsure, please ask.

Fees for other matters: if we believe we can help you, we will explain how we calculate our fees and prepare a written cost estimate for you. Our clients come from many parts of the country and our fees are competitive with many ‘out of London’ law firms.

Making an appointment: please telephone, email or call in. We believe it is important to meet and talk to our clients face to face. We may be able to visit you in hospital or at home if you cannot travel.
